By opening up the world of Ninja Sport to your child, you are providing a unique way to focus their energy. Practicing the sport of ninja exercises the body and mind, but also builds character and cultivates discipline. Ninja Sport isn’t just a ton of fun for kids (although it is, in fact, a TON of fun); it instills values and techniques that provide an important foundation for your child’s success. Ninja Zone gives your child the confidence to take on any challenge and gives you peace of mind knowing that you are contributing to their physical, mental and emotional well-being. Plus, your ninja will learn to kick, jump and flip like characters in their favorite video games it doesn’t get much cooler than that!
Ninja Zone is a thrilling new sport geared towards boys & girls ages 3-11 and is fused by elements of:
- Gymnastics
- Martial Arts
- Obstacle Course Training
- Freestyle Movement
Ninja sport includes combinations of flips, rolls and kicks that are designed to help:
- Improve Total Body Coordination
- Build Strength
- Improve Agility
Ninja Zone uses your childs energy to create focus!

The levels of Ninja Zone are defined by the headband colors of White, Yellow, Green & Blue. A progressive level system evaluates and advances ninjas on their skills and knowledge of core values as described in the Ninja Zone Creed.

- Reduced class sizes due to Covid-19
- This class is a thrilling new sport geared towards boys and girls ages 3 and old with classes split by age group! Ninja Zone is fused by elements of gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and freestyle movement! Ninja sport includes combinations of flips, rolls and kicks that are designed to improve total body coordination, build strength and improve agility!

Ninja Parties
2 Hour Party- *Price includes up to 10 children (each additional child is $8.00)
- Rental of gym space for party
- Days offered: Saturdays at 12:30pm or 3:00pm (12:30pm must book as first time)
- 1 hour & 15 minutes of Ninja Zone play
- 45 minutes for cake and presents in the party area
Colored party theme is included:
- Pink or purple and blue or yellow
- Plain chips and juice boxes
- Ninja parties also include the use of our warped wall, cargo net and Ninja equipment!!
- **Additional 1 hour of open gym can be added to your party package for an extra $85.00!
