A. If necessary, we will reach out to the local department of health for further guidance.

Q. How long could Flach be closed for due to a COVID-19 exposure?
A. This would be up to the state and we would remain closed for the time they recommend.

Q. What happens to my child’s missed class due to a COVID-19 exposure and temporary gym closure, 10-14 days?
A. All classes would pause for the 10-14 days. Make-up classes would be scheduled upon our return, but tuition would still be due as usual. If tuition is not current, the make-up classes will not be offered. Credits and refunds will not be offered for this.

  Q. What happens in the case of a state, regional or national shutdown?
A. You are committed for the month if classes begin in person or not, once payment Is remitted. The remainder of the in person monthly classes will be replaced with Zoom online classes for the remainder of that month and then all tuition and classes will be paused until further notice. Unfortunately, make-ups will not be an option in this scenario. The Zoom classes will have several time options available and their focus will be on basic elements, drills and fun while utilizing items at home. Credits and refunds will not be offered for this.
Once the month is complete, you are not required to continue classes or tuition until we can re-open for in person classes.
